C-PACER is a powerful tool to fund capital-intensive building retrofit projects. With no initial cash contribution, property owners may finance 100% of eligible energy efficiency, renewable energy and resilience improvements at competitive rates with repayment terms of up to 30 years. This directly impacts the bottom line of any projects.
What fees are associated with the Anchorage program?
A nonrefundable $150 application fee must be paid at time of application submission
A closing fee of 1% of the total project financed through C-PACER (max $50,000)
An annual servicing fee of 0.5% of the annual C-PACER Assessment
